Prepare for your Deep Dive Session

To make the most of our time together, I encourage you to complete a few simple pre-work steps. These exercises will give us a strong starting point and help you gain clarity about your current situation and your vision for the future. Remember—this is a no-judgment zone. Our goal is to understand where you’re starting from so we can build a plan that works for you.

-
Get a Notebook: Choose a notebook to dedicate to your financial journey. This will be your space for ideas, insights, and tracking progress as we work together.
-
Gather Your Financial Details: Compile a list of your income sources, regular expenses, recurring bills, and debts. Include amounts, due dates, and any periodic payments that may not occur monthly.
-
Track Your Spending: For two weeks, write down everything you spend. The goal here is awareness—don’t worry about analyzing or judging the numbers.
-
Imagine Your Ideal Financial Future: Take a moment to reflect on what a healthy, stable financial life would look like for you. What goals would you achieve? How would it feel to be in control of your money?
By completing these steps, you’ll come into the session with valuable insights and a clear foundation for growth. Together, we’ll build a path toward the financial freedom you deserve!
